Sesame Cranberry Peanut Butter No Bake Energy Bars

Looking for a new healthy snack idea?  We have the perfect solution.  These Sesame Cranberry Peanut Butter No Bake Energy Bars have simple, healthy ingredients and are super easy to make.  We love storing these in our fridge and grabbing one whenever we need a snack or boost of energy!  These are easy to pack in lunches too!

These Sesame Cranberry Peanut Butter No Bake Energy Bars are gluten free, dairy free, vegan and make a perfect breakfast, addition to your lunch, snack or healthy dessert!

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup Wild Friends Sesame Cranberry Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons honey

 

Put dates into a food processor and process until they are broken down and smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well combined.

Place all of the dough into an 8×8 inch baking dish and press firmly until all of the dough is at a uniform height. Place in refrigerator for at least an hour to chill. Once chilled, cut bars into desired size. Store in fridge.
