here are three ways to add a bit of ✨spice✨ to your yogurt bowls
We love yogurt bowls. They’re the perfect breakfast to make when you need something quick and filling. Here are three yummy ways to add a little pizazz to your yogurt bowl.
- Add protein powder – eating protein in the morning is a great way to jump start your day and adding protein powder to your yogurt bowl is a delicious way to do it! Just mix your protein powder of choice (we love Be Well By Kelly’s Chocolate Protein powder!) into your yogurt before adding toppings. The protein powder makes the yogurt thick and delicious, almost like pudding. Top your bowl with berries, coconut, hemp seeds and our Classic Creamy Peanut Butter.
- Blend with frozen fruit – turn your yogurt bowl into a smoothie bowl by blending with the yogurt with some frozen fruit! We love blending about ½ cup of plain or vanilla yogurt with a handful of frozen strawberries, pineapple, blueberries or dragon fruit, which makes it a super pretty pink color. Once blended, top with all your favorite smoothie bowl toppings, like chia or flax seeds, cacao nibs and a drizzle of our Classic Creamy Almond Butter!
- Stir nut butter and cinnamon into the yogurt - we love drizzling our nut butters on yogurt bowls but mixing nut butter into the yogurt is so good too! It gives the yogurt such a nice, nutty flavor and makes it taste like dessert! Try this with our Almond Macadamia Be Well Blend and stir in some cinnamon too. Top your bowl with berries, granola, coconut and another drizzle of nut butter because the more the better ;-)
