Do you love pizza and ice cream as much as we do?! Well if so, this recipe is out-of-control-good. A healthy way to satisfy any sweet tooth! Cheers to the weekend!
Crust:
2 cups One Degree Organics brown rice cacao crisps
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp Wild Friends chocolate peanut butter
2 tbsp Salba Chia chia seeds
2 tbsp cacao powder
Here's how:
Line a pizza pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix gently. Spoon the crust mixture into the pizza pan and flatten it out. Refrigerate for 10 min.
Spread Ben and Jerrys non-dairy chunky monkey over the crust. Top with freshly sliced bananas, strawberries & Wood Stock pecans. Drizzle lots of Wild Friends protein vanilla almond butter + Emmy Organics chocolate sauce on top and enjoy a delicious frozen treat
