Strawberry Smoothie Chia Parfaits

Chia pudding and smoothies are two of my go-to breakfasts when I'm in a hurry before going to class. Here are 2 easy recipes for those of you who like quick no-fuss breakfast options!

 

Chia pudding:

  • ½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • (optional) drizzle of maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

 

Smoothie:

 

Toppings:

  • Fresh strawberries
  • More Wild Friends Super Butter
  • Sprinkles (because why not?!)

 

Instructions:

  • Stir all the chia pudding ingredients in a jar and let it sit overnight (or for at least 4 hours)
  • Throw all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend that baby up!
  • Layer the chia pudding and smoothie and garnish with toppings!
  • Enjoy!
