Pumpkin Spice Waffles

My favorite season of the year is fall, and it's finally here! One of the main reasons I love fall is the Indian Summer and we, San Franciscans, are so looking forward to those warm and  beautiful days. It's also exciting because all the pumpkins are here!

Today on the menu is pumpkin waffles! I made them with Birch Blenders paleo pumpkin mix and for a twist, I added a scoop of Vital Proteins collagen for extra protein and 1 tbsp of Wild Friends Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter for more pumpkin-y flavor and to get some healthy fats!

I topped my waffles with Wild Friends Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter, a side of figs, yogurt, and a drizzle of manuka honey. A perfectly balanced breakfast for busy mornings. My kids and I both loved them!!
