It is safe to say that I am pretty obsessed with smoothies! I almost have one every single day. Big green smoothies full of spinach are my favorite because I can rest assured that even if I don’t have another veggie the whole day, I had some greens for breakfast! I also love adding frozen bananas to smoothies. Not only do they provide some delicious sweetness, but they also help thicken the smoothie.
However, the real star of the show here is the Wild Friends Peanut Butter. It adds a nutty flavor that brings me back to my peanut butter and banana sandwich days. This smoothie makes you look like an adult, but you’ll feel like a kid again while drinking it.
You’ll notice the recipe calls for protein powder. This is totally up to you. I like to add Vanilla Collagen Peptides to my smoothies, but feel free to use whatever protein powder you have on hand!
Now go blend up this delicious treat and enjoy!
Ingredients:
1-2 cups organic baby spinach
1 frozen banana
1 scoop of protein powder of choice
1-2 tablespoons Wild Friends Classic Creamy Peanut Butter
½ cup non-dairy milk of choice
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup ice
Blend until all ingredients are well incorporated! Enjoy!
