I had a blast whipping this up and it took me less than 10 minutes from start to finish. SO easy and so tasty!
If you already love the Nut Butter Oats but want to mix up your breakfast routine, you should make this recipe! You'll likely have all of these ingredients already in your pantry. And, if you’re like me, you’ll feel like a fancy chef walking into work with a muffin you effortlessly threw together that morning :-)
I added some chocolate chunks for fun, but the recipe is versatile so you can add all sorts of things like: blueberries, dried cranberries, cinnamon, poppy seeds, etc.
- 1 Peanut Cashew Nut Butter Oats -- nut butter packet included
- Half a ripe banana, mashed
- 1 Tbsp milk of choice
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- Optional: 2 Tbsp chocolate chunks
Add all of the ingredients to the Wild Friends oat cup.
Mix ingredients with a fork inside the oat cup.
Microwave the cup for 2 minutes and ta-da! You have yourself a quick and tasty Wild Friends Nut Butter Oats Muffin. Top with some extra nut butter, sliced banana, or your fave toppings. Enjoy!
