No-bake cashew protein balls

Our Friendly Face Adriana knows how to pack in a protein punch with these easy to make protein balls! 

½ c gluten free oats
½ c cashews
1/4 c almonds
½ c unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp Wild Friends classic PB
1/4 c Vital Proteins collagen protein powder
1/4 c WoodStock Foodsdates

Here's How:
Soak dates in hot water for 5 min. In the meantime, process oats and nuts in a food processor. Drain dates then add to food processor along with remaining ingredients. Blend together until a dough forms. Add a tiny tsp of water if necessary. Roll into balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy this delish protein snack on the go!
