Honey Sunflower Energy Bites are one of our favorite snacks are these delicious no-bake energy bites because they are so simple to make! We kept this recipe simple with just 5 ingredients but this recipe is endlessly customizable. Feel free to add various nuts, seeds, dried fruits, sweeteners and more!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup Wild Friends Honey Sunflower Butter
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
Roll the dough into bite size balls, and enjoy!
