Does it get any better than pumpkin spice, donuts and chocolate?! We don't think so ;-) These dense cake donuts are gluten & dairy free, filled with fall flavors and drizzled with our Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter and dark chocolate.
- 1/4 cup Wild Friends Chocolate Pumpkin Spice PB
- 3/4 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 mashed banana
- 1.5 cups gluten free flour blend (like Bob's Red Mill gluten free 1 to 1 baking flour)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare silicone donut pans by greasing them with coconut oil.
- Mix peanut butter, pumpkin, eggs, coconut oil and mashed banana in a medium sized bowl until well combined.
- Add gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon batter into a gallon sized ziplock bag. Batter will be sticky.
- Cut one of the bottom tips off of the bag and begin piping the batter into the donut pans.
- Bake donuts for about 14 mins.
- Drizzle with Wild Friends Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter and dark chocolate.
