Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Donuts

Does it get any better than pumpkin spice, donuts and chocolate?! We don't think so ;-) These dense cake donuts are gluten & dairy free, filled with fall flavors and drizzled with our Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter and dark chocolate. 

 

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Wild Friends Chocolate Pumpkin Spice PB
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1.5 cups gluten free flour blend (like Bob's Red Mill gluten free 1 to 1 baking flour)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla

 

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare silicone donut pans by greasing them with coconut oil.
  3. Mix peanut butter, pumpkin, eggs, coconut oil and mashed banana in a medium sized bowl until well combined.
  4. Add gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  5. Spoon batter into a gallon sized ziplock bag. Batter will be sticky.
  6. Cut one of the bottom tips off of the bag and begin piping the batter into the donut pans.
  7. Bake donuts for about 14 mins.
  8. Drizzle with Wild Friends Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter and dark chocolate.
