If you grew up eating fudgsicles on hot summer days like us, then you are going to LOVE these better-for-you homemade fudge pops. The best part - they're made with our rich & fudgy Chocolate Hazelnut Butter to give it an extra chocolatey & nutty flavor.
Ingredients

1 cup full-fat coconut milk

2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

Optional: chopped chocolate, chopped hazelnuts, and extra Chocolate Hazelnut Butter for topping
Directions

In a blender, blend the coconut milk, Chocolate Hazelnut Butter, and honey or maple syrup until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold, leaving about ¼ inch space at the top of each fudgesicle.

Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon chopped chocolate over each fudgesicle. Add the popsicle stick into the center of each fudgesicle.

Freeze overnight or at least 8 hours in the freezer, until the fudgesicles are solid.

Remove the fudgesicles from the popsicle mold when ready to eat. Place the popsicle mold in warm water for 10 - 20 seconds to help it release from the popsicle mold.

Top with an optional additional drizzle of Chocolate Hazelnut Butter along with chopped chocolate and chopped hazelnuts.
