- 4 cups rice cereal
- 3/4 cup brown rice syrup
- 3/4 cup Wild Friends Chocolate Almond Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the brown rice syrup to a low boil for one minute.
Remove from heat and stir in the almond butter and sea salt.
Place the cereal in a large bowl and pour the melted mixture over the top. Stir until all of the cereal is coated in the almond butter mixture.
Press the mixture into a 9-inch baking pan that has been thoroughly coated in coconut oil to prevent sticking.
Press hard to pack the bars tightly. Allow the bars to cool completely in your fridge before cutting into square bars. Enjoy!
