We love Kelly LeVeque's simple Fab Four smoothie template. It keep us full and satisfied thanks to the healthy fats, fiber, greens and protein. We've been making a Fab Four smoothie every morning using our new Be Well Blends! They're so delicious and perfect for summertime when the temps heat up!
Try making your own yummy blend following Kelly's smoothie guidelines below.
Ingredients:

PROTEIN: 1 serving protein powder (Organic pea, grass-fed whey, bone broth or collagen)

FAT: 1 tbsp of Almond Macadamia or Crunchy Nut & Seed Be Well Blend

FIBER: 1-2 tbsp chia seeds, flax or acacia fiber

GREENS: handful of kale, spinach, cucumber, parsley, cilantro, etc

LIQUID: 6-8 oz per serving unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk or water

OPTIONAL FRUIT: ¼ cup blueberries, raspberries or strawberries
Directions:
Add desired ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
